The Rav’s are pre-cooked, so they do not need a lot of cooking
From Thawed: (if frozen add 4 minutes to the cooking time or until they float)
1. Place in simmering water for 3-4 minutes, drain
2. Add to sauté pan and cover with our lobster sauce or your favorite sauce and bring to a gentle simmer, should take about 4-6 minutes – to serve.
