Made from Giant chunks of sweet Maine Lobster tail meat that has been gently poached in delicious court bouillon, aromatic spices, and a little butter for good luck – lol!
We then make the most delicious Lobster Cake, just like you make a Crab Cake. We use zero panko inside and just a tiny bit of Gluten-Free Panko outside – this is a one-of-a-kind Gluten-Free Maine Lobster Cake – one definitely not to miss. It is delicious!
