We source these claws fresh from our fishing partners out of Key West Florida where some of the best fishing is known to happen! We receive the claws within 24 hours of being caught and cooked to ensure a truly memorable experience.
Stone Crabs are available fresh during Stone Crab season only. The season begins on October 15 and ends on May 1. During the summer months, we offer superior quality, previously frozen claws that arrive ready to eat and enjoy. We take all the guesswork of having to defrost – no muss or fuss, serve with our mustard sauce and let the good times roll.
